Generic Pen Tablet drivers

I received an Intey Pen Tablet driver as a gift and its installation drivers comes with a CD ROM inside the package.

I tried installing them on my macbook pro that mounts the new Catalina OS, but unfortunately the incompatibility of the OS with x32 bit apps doesn't allow me to install the drivers.

So I decided to write an email to the Customer Service of the pen tablet, but no one ever answered.

I'm just wondering, is there any possibility to find a "generic" tablet pen driver for my pen tablet?

Otherwise I've not any ideas and I'd be forced to return the product...
