I have an iPhone 11 Max Pro with IOS 13.1.2
On my old iPhone (X) I could go into my Phone App / Recents / ALL and it would list all of my calls made. Seems like with the update I can only go back 3 days.
Is there a way to look up all the Calls (made / received) ?

The last 100 calls are kept.
It's been the last 100 calls ever since I can remember.
If you need more detail, try logging on to your account through your carrier.
To look up all calls log in to your carrier's website. They maintain call records for at least 18 months. If your carrier has an app it probably has call records also.
