Yes, I use a website called edelweiss to download books to review and I have not been able to download new books for over a month, now.

Have you checked the Downloads folder in the Files app?
See if deleting and downloading it again helps.
Thanks, have tried that multiple times, even deleting, rebooting, and then re installing.
