Meta Trader 4? Because the developer hasn't seen fit to develop a version for MacOS it must be run in emulation. It's likely that the Windows version or it's emulator is 32 but software and will not run on 64 bit only Catalina. You could try installing Window through BootCamp or Parallels and running the win version.
