Updating a payment card

Hi there, I’m part of a family sharing group. My husband is the owner of the group and has recently updated his payment card. If I go into family sharing (in settings) on my phone it shows that his card has been updated, however when I go into manage payments (in settings) it shows his old card. There is no option for me to update / edit anything on this screen and refers me back to the family sharing page. I’ve checked his phone and that is all up to date. I’m currently getting emails telling me there is a problem with my payment method. Thanks Emma
