The apple TV one year offer is not appearing on my new macbook pro

Updated to macOS Catalina and signed in with apple ID but the offer for one year free apple TV subscription is not appear neither on the Apple TV app nor on tv.apple.com :(

Apple tv on new Macbook Air I bought a brand new Macbook Air 13" from the BestBuy store in Philadelphia, PA on 24th Jan 2020. I just updated my OS to Catalina, however my Apple TV app is not showing me a free one year subscription as offered by Apple. You have 90 days of free phone support with that new Mac. Call Apple and ask them. We are just fellow users, not Apple.
