Mail App Deleting Outlook Inbox Emails IOS 13.2.2

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. From what I understand, messages are being moved directly into the Trash folder in Mail. I'll do what I can to help.

Here are some suggestions:

• Check the web version of Outlook to be sure there are no rules in place to automatically move deleted mail. This link from Microsoft might help: Manage email messages by using rules
• If it's only happening with Outlook and you use other mail accounts that aren't affected, try remove the mail account and adding it again: If you can’t send or receive emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

1. 1. On your computer, sign in to your email provider’s website. Make sure that all of your email is there or make sure that your email is saved somewhere other than your iOS device.
   2. On your iOS device, go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts.
   3. Tap the email account that you want to remove.
   4. Tap Delete Account.
   5. Add your account again.
