How do I change my Apple Watch move ring from Kj to Calories (watchOS 6)

Lots of answers as to how to change from Kj to Cal from a couple of years ago but they don't work with watchOS 6 and iOS 13.

Any help?

Apple Watch Series 2, watchOS 6

On iPhone:

Go to health App.

Then “Show all health data”.

Next click “Active Energy”.

Next scroll to bottom and select “unit”. Change it to the opposite. If it is the one you want you need to toggle to the wrong one and back again anyway.

Go to Apple Watch and click on the activity app and it will (should) update.

I am in iOS 13.2.3 and WatchOS 6.1.
