I am trying to change KJ to Cal on my apple watch but the following instructions DO NOT help
There is no option to select Other on my Apple watch hence i cant get past that step.

In step 2...change that to Press on the Calories Icon. Step three...hard press on the Words "Active Calories" (then select Calories).
