How do I change KJ to Calories on my apple watch?
The info I found online say go into the Health App on my phone and click on the Unit button under the Activity tab, but theres isn't one there.
Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 6
On your iPhone, open the Health app.
Tap on the Activity tab.
Tap on the Active Energy tab.
Scroll to the very bottom and you should see "Unit"
If it is showing "kJ" then change it "kcal"
Quit the Health app.
You may ned to restart your iPhone & watch fro the setting to take effect:
