Apple Watch series 5

I am trying to change KJ to Cal on my apple watch but the following instructions DO NOT help

1. On the Watch, go to the Workout app.
2. Select Other.
3. Swipe until you see the red Active Calories/Kilojoules screen.
4. Press and hold until you see an option to select Calories and Kilojoules.
5. Select your preference.

There is no option to select Other on my Apple watch hence i cant get past that step.
