iPhone 11 pro running iOS 13.2.1 won’t open pdf documents

My iPhone won’t open pdf documents anymore. There is no quick view in safari. iBooks and adobe are not available options anymore to view p a pdf document.

the icon on the pdf has also changed

the only way I can view a pdf is to save it in adobe and then open it from within the adobe application

some assistance would be greatly appreciated
