After upgrading to iOS 13.12, all my pdf files are not able to open automatically unless opened by pdf Expert app. Pdf in memo, email, and all default apple apps are not working unless shared to pdf expert third party app then it will be opened. Please kindly help me how to fix this problem. Thank you.

If you tap a PDF document attachment in an email, what happens?
I could then choose apps like PDF Expert to open the pdf file. Same thing if I have a pdf file in memo or in WhatsApp, it will not open automatically unless I share to open in pdf expert app. Long story for short, pdf files will not open in default apple apps like emails and memo.
I could download the pdf file but when tapped on it then it will pop up with the new iOS 13 share bar
That's odd, I tried sending myself a Pdf in an email, and it opens them up with no issues, see screencast below.
Yes! Just removed the Alibaba app and then all pdf files are finally opening automatically. I was wondering why only my iPhone upgrade had this problem. The rest of my family also upgraded and had no problems. The difference is only my iPhone had Alibaba app. I really really appreciate your assistance. Thank you.
Picked up in a different post. Someone suggested to remove the Alibaba app and it fixed my problem. This person just removed one app at a time to find it. For you it may be a different app.
