Camera issues after update

Who else uses an iPhone 7plus ? It had a good camera at first and I liked my phone(I literally got an iPhone mostly cause of the camera) and after I updated to iOS 13.2 my camera became awful and blurry, I’m really annoyed by that I’d prefer if I could even downgrade, I updated to 13.2.2 cause they claimed to fix the bugs but it’s still same awful camera

Well I updated it and turned my phone on and off now my camera is good again 🤔

iOS 13.2.2 was for Bug fixes and improvements.(Not for Camera)

Fixes an issue that could cause apps to quit unexpectedly when running in the background
Resolves an issue where iPhone may temporarily lose mobile signal after a call
