Is there a solution to the new iPhone 11 max pro Lightning- USB-C cable sync with Windows 10 iTunes [v.12.10.2.3]

I thought this was only me just bought an iPhone 11 Pro Max and couldn’t sync or restore it using the USB C cable that came with it. Really frustrating. Thank God the older USB cable from my iPhone X worked with the new phone and I was able to restore. Wish apple would fix this though because I’d prefer use the usb c
