Received a mail from hakeb93804@itymail.com who claims to be Apple support and asks me to change password in the site: https://appleid.apple.com. Is this reliable?

And why can't I send this to Apple? There is no way to contact Apple Tech Support.

It's a scam, Apple do not send out text/message/e-mail as specially not from that hakeb93804@itymail.com address.

You can report to Apple as an attachment here: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

Apple will never send you unsolicited email. This is a phishing scam, to which you must not reply. If you hover your mouse over that URL, you will likely see (in the lower left corner of your browser) that the link does not really take you to Apple. DO NOT CLICK ON THAT LINK!

If you have not done so yet, forward the mail to reportphishing@apple.com before you delete it.
