I can't acces Pubmed with my iMac, although it should go without problems.
Pubmed is not 'down' as it is accessible with my Macbook.
I removed all cookies and turned my Mac off and on, but this does not have the longed for effect.

If you are running an antivurus/VPN try disabling it.
Well, the only other suggestion would be to try a different browser. I have no problems loading the page on any browser.

You can try rebooting your router. Perhaps someone else will have another idea.
Need more info such as which OS, what browser, any errors, etc. Works fine here as well as on your MacBook as you mentioned.

I just type 'pubmed' as I do on my macbook or on my iPhone without any problems on those devices!
