Apple TV doesn’t turn on automatically with tv, after last tvOS upgrade

before tvOS 13.** Apple TV always turned on automatically when I turned my tv on, but not anymore

I’ve tried Settings/Remotes and devices/control TVs receivers = on

Apple TV 4K A1842 (32GB)

tvOS 13.2

Samsung QE65Q7FNA

T-KTM2DEUC-1270.6, BT-S

There were a change so the appletv did not turn one when one press the touch panel button but does when one press the menu or tv buttons of the appletv remote
