I can’t update my iPhone 7

so apparently apple wants me to update my IOS from 12 to 13 and blocked my cellular data for which I pay my own money. I can’t call or text now. Okayyy, I started installing IOS 13 through my WiFi at home and when it downloaded I can’t install it because it says i am not connected to the internet and verification failed! What a mess ! I’m so ******! 🤬 that crap never happened before and they block my data?!?!?? I tried and resetting my network and deleting an update and downloading it again and nothing helped!

If you are having difficulty updating via over the air, see this, Get help with over-the-air iOS updates - Apple Support

If it still won't work, then connect the device to the computer with the latest version of iTunes and update that way. Also, Apple cannot block your cellular data. If you are having calling and texting issues, that is your carrier. If you are seeing a screen error regarding your data or calling issues, share that for additional help, or just contact your carrier.
