I've got a subscription to Apple TV+ but non of the videos will play, pure black screen, stuck at 00:00.... been this way for a week, completely unacceptable. Tried 3 different browsers and even reinstalled one of them.
No other service is ever giving me issues.

Apple TV+ only works in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Since you're not using a Mac, you'll have use Firefox or Chrome. If you want to use Chrome, I'd make sure that it's fully updated. If you still cannot get it to work, I'd contact Apple Support or try Firefox.
I'm having the same issue. I typically refresh 15-20 times and then the video may play 1-20 mins and freezes, then will reset to 0:00 and sit there. I can load load up every other streaming site you can name and run them all at the same time with zero issues. It's on their end. There's no information when searching on google, either. I'm also using the free subscription, so maybe paying customers are getting priority.
What browser are you using/have you tried?

Yeah, no support option for Apple TV+ that I can see. I am using an updated chrome. Oh well, I got a year for free but this is just a waste of time I guess.
I'd consider myself a paying customer after having bought every iPhone model since the first one. :P
