iPhone 11 wont charge from outlet after dying

Hi everyone,

been an iPhone user for years and never seen this issue... I ran my iPhone 11 out of battery today. Plugged it in to the recharge it with the brand Apple new cable and 110v adapter. Came back a couple hours later and wasn’t charging. After this I tried a few things

~ Attempted to use 4 different outlets with the same cable / adapter with no luck

~ attempted using 4 different cables (genuine and non)

~ attempted to use 3 different 110v adapters (2 genuine, 1 non)

Once I plugged the phone into my iMac it started charging right away, I also tested it in a PlayStation which allowed it to charge

Once the phone had enough charge to turn on, I retested all cables and 110v adapters and still none work! I performed a hard reset also which did nothing

any help is greatly appreciated

I want to share the resource below with you. You have definitely already done a lot of what's recommended to isolate and resolve charging issues, but I want to make sure no steps are missed.

If you iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't charge

Thanks again, and have a great day!
