I keep receiving a HDCP error that prevents me from playing Netflix content , sporadically, on my ATV4K. I have replaced receiver, HDMI cables. It really only seems to be a Netflix problem and their solution is to switch off power for 2 minutes which seems to work every now and then. I can play all other content on Apple TV. Does anyone have a solution?

If you can, try this Apple TV box on another TV, in case the HDMI port on the TV is causing the errors. HDCP is about the whole HDMI chain, thus all those components should be verified.

Please verify that your Apple TV is running the latest version of its system software.
Settings > System > Software Update
I hope I wouldn’t have to replace the TV. It is reasonably new. It is HDCP friendly. I have tried all 4 of its HDMI ports. Unfortunately I don’t have another 4K tv in the house. I may have to take the Apple TV to a friends house to test it there.
Yes I have reset, restarted and reinstalled apps.
