Does it show as a successful purchase on the iTunes account's purchase history, or is it 'pending' or just a temporary authorisation hold : See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support ? If it does show as paid contact the game's developer, if they can't or won't help contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
It didnt appears as a successful purchase ,amessage appears during purchase that the itunes cant make this purchase in this time and my bank send me amessage that its successful transaction
