Something wrong with Wy purchased

I purchased $9.99 UC pack in pubg mobile game but still I didn’t receive UC yet... but the money was take from my bank balance and I send some messages to Customer service customer service in game too but they ask me to send a mail to App Store... please can you do something for that... thanks :)

Unable to purchase UC on PUBG!!! I am not able to purchase UC on PUBG mobile game. I redeemed a $25 apple card in my phone. The credit is $25.88 in my account but I am still unable to purchase UC!! Why it’s happening to me?
