Some of my music cannot be added to a playlist. Specifically 2000 Miles by the Pretenders. It’s in my music files, I can listen if I tap on the song. But it will not go in a playlist. I’ve purchased it and I’ve downloaded it from Apple Music. What’s the deal?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand a specific song is not able to be added to a playlist and will do what I can to help.

Here are some suggestions:

Restart the device you're using with Music and try again.
If the song is downloaded for offline listening, remove it then download and add it to the playlist: Add and download music from Apple Music or the iTunes Store
