Clean list of password items in Keychain

I am trying to examine the items that I have created in Keychain to manage my passwords on my Mac. Here's a glimpse of what I can see on my iPhone (see picture). Is there a way to get a listing that looks like this on my Mac? Thanks

Keychain Clean Up When I enter Keychain it only allows viewing for a short time frame. Is there a way to keep it open? I would like to clean it up and remove P/W's that are no longer applicable. Can I print an entire list of Keychain Passwords? Selecting each one at a time and then writing down the info is difficult to say the least. In most cases it times out before I can copy down the data fields. Any suggestions to help me clean it up would be appreciated.

Can't delete old passwords in Keychain Access I have used various username and passwords to log in to a particular website (makemusic.com) for many years. I have entries in the keychain for web form passwords going back to 2006. I just reset my password at makemusic.com and it generated another keychain item. I would like to delete the older ones so I don't get confused the next time I want to login. I can select the items in question, but when I right-click delete or use the edit menu delete it does nothing. The item remains in the keychain. How do I go about getting rid of these?

Cleaning Keychain Access Hi Is there any benefit to going through Keychain Access and cleaning it out? In addition, why are there so many variations store of names and web addresses?
