I bought the new Mac Pro 2019 base model with Touch Bar. I generally get around 5hrs of better life even though I'm using safari for some very light work. I tried all the battery saver options/ reset SMC and everything but no luck. Could you please help to locate the problem?

Let the battery fully charge preferably overnight— then reset the SMC according to the Apple kb for your particular Mac

Same issue here. The battery drains faster (~3h of life) if I am using the laptop connected to an adapter (USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter, for example). Is this normal?
