iOS13 reminders update loop

I post phoned the update to the new iOS reminders functionality first. Now I tried to update the iCloud reminders in the iPhone reminders app by pressing the update button. This lead to to the list disappearing and appearing after a while without the update button. But after about 1 minute or restarting the reminders app the old lists with the update button are back. I now seem to have two set of lists. A new one wich I can access once after pressing the update button and an old set of lists appearing after a restart of the app. This is annoying. Any way to fully complete the co version to the new reminders version and to end the update loop?

I get the same behaviour on the iPhone, iPad and MacOSx Catalina.

A full restart of all devices solved the problem. Logging out and restarting the reminders app was not enough.
