Missing contacts

I was texting on my phone when I realized nearly all of my conversations showed as numbers instead of their saved names. Only a few individual numbers are still identifiable by their names. When I go to edit the numbers to add their name I am getting a white screen with no options to edit anything. They are missing From my contact list and do not show up at all. In my call log they are all missing their names except for the few that remained in my phone book. I have tried restarting the phone and have no updates available. I have an iPhone X.

iPhone X, iOS 13

Contacts are neither stored locally on an iPhone nor in SIM. They are synced to an email account that you had Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other

  1. How many Contacts account (email client server) you have?
  2. What is your default Contacts Account?
  3. Which email account you are using to store Contacts?

  • This example is for Gmail but the process remains same for all Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other
