In-App Purchase Pending for days

So I recently bought some in-game items for $10, and when I check in-game the items were not received. I looked in app store and saw that my balance had been deducted to the amount I used, and when I went to purchase history, it said ‘pending.’ A day later and the purchase is still pending with my balance lower and my items not in-game yet. I talked to some of the moderators of the game and they said that it was definitely a problem with the app store as it says ‘pending’ and it still does. What can I do to get my purchase to go through? I found it odd since purchases previous to this one processed right away.

I’m having the same problem so I called Apple support yesterday and the lady I spoke with couldn’t fix it but issued me a refund and said that my phone is messed up? There’s nothing wrong with my phone so I’m not sure what’s going on. I’ve yet to receive the refund either, it’s showing that it’s been done on Apple’s end but I don’t have it yet. I wish I could be of more help
