Can I get my mbp exchanged?

I bought my 2019 mbp about a month ago (2 - oct). Is there any possible ways that I can get my mbp exchanged to the 16-inch model?

"No-questions-asked" returns for refund and /or exchange are only available if you bought directly from Apple (retail store or web site) and is only for 14 caleandar days from sate of purchase. So that is off the table if your is a month old.


We are not Apple but end users like you. All we can do is quote Apple's published policies:

Of course, you are certainly free to contact Apple and plead your case.
