I have an ipad running ios 13.2.2. When I click on the microphone to do talk to text, it closes almost immediately, not giving me time to say more than one word. I've tried disabling and then re-enabling the talk to text, as well as restarting the tablet. I did do an update (hence the 13.2.2) but it was an issue before the update as well, I tried the update as a possible solution but there was no change.
Any solutions?

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
