Could Not Set Up Apple Pay after Reset All Settings

iOS 13.2.2 iPhone7

After a Reset All Settings performed on my phone I’m not more able to add a Card.

I tried to do it through the following obtaining the same result:

a. Settings -> Wallet & Apple Pay -> Add Card

b. Wallet -> ADD

c. Wallet -> +

that is a pop up window:

Could Not Set Up Apple Pay

An error occurred while setting up Apple Pay

OK

I’m in a supported country region, device restarted, latest iOS installed, ...

Repeated attempts to set up Apple Pay may cause this error, the best thing to do is under settings go to ICloud, Sign Out and than Sign In again. This may help in setting up Apple Pay.

The other option is to reset region again, even though your region is selected by default or you have selected during setup, re set your region again.
