Hey everybody,
Since 5 days ago, November 8th 2019, my apple watch has gotten stuck at 10:09:30, three times. I'm using the infograph face, the analog time keeps ticking, however the digital gets stuck at said time. I am able to restart the watch, fixing the glitch temporarily. Just wondering if I'm alone in this?

I had the same issue for a couple of months now! Had some digging into it and came to a couple of things. I can recreate the problem by hard pressing a watch face and selecting the one I’m on again, this does indeed set the digital time back to 10:09:30 but the analog clock keeps ticking. I really wish it didn't do that but I came up with a quick (temporary) fix for it: Apparently switching between watch faces sets the digital time back to normal, so no need to hard reset it. I just made two watch faces identical and I’m just swiping between them if I have the problem. Hope this helps some people :) Nevertheless Apple should fix this ;)

It works on my Watch.
Did you pressed the Digital Crown, when you see 10.09.30?
If no joy try un-pair and pair again with your iPhone.
Note:
Update your iPhone iOS to 13.2.2 if you haven't
Update your Watch watchOS to 6.1 if you haven't
You should do un-pair and pair again.
Of no joy, un-pair then pair as new.

I've loaded three software updates now and it still happens randomly around 8:30pm and I think it's already 10:10pm. It goes away easier by switching the screen layout back and forth. Very annoying.

When it happens I try everything, and the only thing that works is turning it off and on again. Then it's good for a day or two. I don't mind that it happens and I can keep restarting it, just think it's a strange glitch and wasn't sure if it was just me. I'm thinking it is.
Odd fact: 10:09:30 is the time shown in all Apple Watch commercials and promotional photos. It’s even the time shown in the face gallery in the Watch app. Supposedly because it guarantees the hands will be spread out and not covering up things they want to show.
Same thing has been happening to me for a couple months. Glad I’m not alone. Turning it on and off works temporarily. There is a software update I’m going to load tonight. Past ones have not fixed it.
Mine has slowed down to getting stuck once a week give or take. Also I’ve noticed that sometimes it seems to get passed 10:09:30 but then later in the day the digital time jumps to 10:09:30 and doesn’t change. Does anyone know if people from Apple read these discussions? Basically are they aware this is happening?
You’re not the only one. Mine has been doing the same. Rebooting fixes it for a little while. I’m using the info graphic face. The analog time is correct, but the digital time is stuck on 10:09:30.
My watch has been doing this to. Today I turned it off to reset it and forgot to turn it back on. FML. I just realized after 6 hours

Not alone!!! It does the same for me and it’s driving me crazy!! It’s 1-2 times every day!!
You’re not the only one. My watch has the same issue and I can’t seem to find a fix for it.

It’s been happening to me, too. I tried fixing it by going into the face gallery and changing the complication to something else and then back again, but that didn’t work. However, switching to a different style of watch face worked. At least temporarily. When it happened again this morning, I used the in-Watch face selection instead, switched it to a different face and then switched back. That seems to be the easiest way to at least temporarily fix it. There’s definitely a glitch that keeps setting it back to the “stock” time.
