Boot Camp Assistant has encountered a problem

When trying to use the bootcamp utility, on the very first page, I get the message:


Boot Camp Assistant has encountered a problem

An internal error has occurred.


Re-starting didn't work.

Specs:

macOs 10.15.1 Catalina

iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2017)



iMac Line (2012 and Later)

You are supposed to have an APFS Fusion drive, but it is currently 'split'. Backup your current macOS installation and look at How to fix a split Fusion Drive - Apple Support.
