Transactions without my permission.

On 6th November 2019 at 08:44:38 and at 08:44:03 had been made 2 transactions from my credit card which I have not given my permission nor my credit card details to anybody. It was not me I checked my iCloud account to see if I have any subscriptions or payments which I made by mistake but they’re none, I didn’t even have my credit card details on my phone. And the issue is that somebody stole my credit card details and made a payment from APPLE. COM . Both transactions were 219.99 BGN. I have approached the authorities about the stolen credit card details.
