IPad Pro won’t update to iPadOS 13.1.2

My iPad is telling me there’s a software update for iPad OS13.1.2. However, when I go to update, there is no way to initiate the update (there’s usually something along the lines of ‘update now’ which you can select). It says ‘iPad will try to update tonight’ but it has not update overnight. The iPad was connected to power and WiFi all night. I’ve tried closing the app, restarting the iPad etc and no change. There’s also just the ‘estimated time remaining’ at the top which hasn’t changed in about 2 days.

I need this update in order to use the new Procreate beta, so any help would be hugely appreciated.
