Why am I not receiving my child’s request for more time? Why can I no longer see my child’s screentime activity on my phone?

Hi Eblomgren,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I understand you're unable to manage the feature of Screen Time for your child's device. I'll be happy to help.

I recommend reviewing the settings for Screen Time to ensure that feature is setup correctly for your child's iOS device. Here's how: Set up Screen Time for family members on iPhone and in Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

If so, then I suggest restarting both devices, this can help resolve unexpected behavior. If needed, here's how to properly restart an iOS device:

1. Restart your iPhone

2. Restart iPad

3. Restart iPod touch

Kind regards.

Hi,

I have a similar problem as Eblomgren.

My family sharing is set up according to the guidelines and I do receive App Store requests from the children's accounts when they want to purchase an app.

But when they request for more screentime, I don't get any notification form any of the children.

I checked on all devices: Settings > account settings > Familiy Sharing > Screen Time = On

Any further advice?

KR.
