Apple care iPad Pro

My son dropped my iPad Pro and broke the screen, I went to the Apple store and they swapped it with a new one because of my Apple care+ for $50.

Its two weeks later and he got a hold of it and dropped it and broke the screen again. Am I able to use my Apple care again to get it fixed or swapped so soon? Thank you

If you have Applecare +, I believe there is a total of 2 "events" for this type of damage during the 2 years of coverage.


Here is some info (and it does mention up to 2 incidents of accidental damage):
