Apps Crash after IPadOS 13.2.2 upgrade

Since Updating to IPadOS 13 (current version is 13.2.2) many of my apps crash when using them. Specifically Safari and when using any type of document in my Files app.

I thought I had a back-up of my iPad before the upgrade but of course, I don't so I can't just restore from a back-up. Is anyone else having issues with apps crashing after the upgrade? If so have you found a solution? Is it a software bug that Apple must deal with or am I just screwed?
