Apple Music keeps downloading new songs in a playlist even though automatic downloading is disabled

I disabled Apple music to download songs automatically in Settings>Music and in Settings>iTunes&AppStore and had mobile data option turned off. Even turned off Add Playlist Songs in Settings>Music. Tried to turn it all on, restart the phone and turn if off again.

However, when wifi is connected, new songs in the playlist are automatically downloaded, how do i stop it?
