Apple music library

A while ago all of my songs in apple music on my macbook turned grey and wouldn't let me play them even when I was connected to wifi, so I signed out of my apple music account. Whenever I tried signing back in, it just showed a blank screen and never gave me access back to my music library, even though all my music is still there on my phone.
