iMovie version works with Canon MV5i

According to Apple: "iMovie works with most mini DV tape-based camcorders using DV and HDV formats. Use FireWire port for tape-based devices". I'm not familiar with the Canon MV5i. You would need to experiment and verify for yourself that it works.
