Tracking your order

I ordered my package yesterday, Nov. 14 2019, it said it would come between 6:30pm - 8:30pm. I went outside the next day early morning to go see if the package had arrived and it wasn't there. I went to the apple store site and chatted with a specialist. I talked to her about it, and she said something wasn't adding up right. Why would apple say that my package would've arrived yesterday even though they knew it didn't. Is it just that it takes so long for apple to process my package, since there's so much things I'm ordering? Is it that if you buy something online, you have to verify you bought it before apple can process it. I just don't get it. Someone, just please help me. Thanks.

(P.S I ordered more stuff)

  • iPhone 11 pro max
  • apple watch series 5
  • air-pods gen 2's
  • iPhone 11 pro max screen protector
  • iPhone 11 pro max clear case

The situation I mentioned above are these products I ordered.

There is something that does not add up in your post: you said you ordered it yesterday? Apple does not have same day delivery. So, exactly when did you order it and was it directly from Apple or someone else?

Apple offers 2 day shipping usually (unless your product has custom options); so you need to give them time to process the order (about 6 - 24 hours) and then get a shipping notification email with an estimated arrival.

So, I am not sure what your complaint is - it isn't taking Apple "that long".

I would say that is clearly a mistake - there is no way even if you lived within a mile of their distribution center or a store. I just made up a fake order for an iPhone (just one item) and it offered me the following choices: pickup at a store near me today or get it delivered next Tuesday.

So, there is something you misunderstood (did they offer you pickup at a store today???) or there was a big typing error.
