I’m trying to move an email into a folder I created on my iPad Pro, but that folder is grayed out. In fact, the only folders that aren’t grayed out are the iCloud and google folders. All of the folders I created are grayed out. This issue makes my iPad unusable for checking emails as I need to file most of the emails I receive. Help?
I’ve since learned that the filing system doesn’t work with “exchange” accounts, which these are. That ***! PAH! e
