bluetooth keyboard and trackpad only works occasionally, like 1 in 5 times

after upgrade to 10.15.1, macOS catalina, my imac 2017 27-inch has issues for keyboard and trackpad with bluetooth.

They are working without any issues if plugged in with the cable, but for bluetooth, only works very few times, like can work once in 5 times. So I have to plug in with cables all the time.

I tried all the ways mentioned in everywhere: reboot imac, poweroff keyboard and trackpad, upgrade bluetooth device drive, reset SMC and PMRAM...

Please help, I am very desperate...
