Pairing Jabra Elite 65t Active to iPhone 8 Plus and Apple Watch 4 simultaneously

Hello,

I've purchased a pair of wireless earbuds, Jabra Elite 65t Active, and once managed to pair them to my iPhone 8 Plus and Apple Watch 4 simultaneously following these steps:

Essentially, I had to pair the headphones with my Apple Watch first by by turning the headphones off, then holding the power-on button for 3-ish seconds until they became discoverable. Then they popped up on my watch. Done.

Then, on my iPhone, I disconnected and forgot the device (this was the main thing). After turning my Jabras off and on again with the extended power button press, they auto connected to my Apple Watch and then I connected with my iPhone again and they’ve worked perfectly ever since.

I think you need to pair the watch with iPhone then watch with headphones then iPhone with headphones for them all to work.

However, the connection has somehow been lost and now I'm unable to pair the earbuds to both my iPhone and Apple watch: every time I try to connect the iPhone, the Jabras say no device connected: they lose both connections when connecting the second device. I've also tried turning bluetooth off on my iPhone while connecting to the Apple Watch and then turning it on again, but that has the same result: once I turn bluetooth on on my phone, both connection are lost.

Does anyone know how to work around this?

It's frustrating to know that it worked up until yesterday, and now I can't make it work again ... :)

Thanks in advance!
