Charging Iphone 11 with 61W charger

Hello,

Is it safe to charge my Iphone 11 using a 61W charger from my 13'' 2017 MacBook Pro and the USB C to Lightning cable that I received with my Airpods PRO? Also, will it fast-charge?

I've read that you should hear it ding twice when you plug the charger in to know that it fast-charges. I tried to plug it in but it only dinged once.

Same question goes for the Airpods pro. Is it safe to charge them using the 61W charger ?
