Problems with Numbers - add link shows 3 inactive links to webpage, email, & sheets

I have numbers and Im trying to add a web link to a text but when I touch format then add link all the options are dead (not linkable)

iMac with Retina 5K display, macOS 10.15

It adds a link to text. You need some text in the cell and need to select all or some of that text, then you can add a link.
