Airpods Pro keep falling out of my ears!

I just got Airpods Pro and they will not stay in my ears for more than a minute or so. I feel them start creeping and I know I have only a second or two before they seem to jump out of my ear as if they were being repelled or something. I have tried every size tip and they all do the same thing. I never had any problems with my old Airpods so this is strange to me. If I don't find a fix I'm going to have to return them as they are basically unusable. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions?

This is an excellent idea. Here’s what I just posted:

”250 dollars. That’s what I payed for these. You’re telling me that 250 dollars doesn’t get me earbuds that stay in my ears? That’s outrageous. If I move my mouth at all they get pushed out of my ears. Even if I don’t they make their way out anyway. This is what sets Apple apart from other brands. This doesn’t happen with Apple products. How did this slip through the testing?

My suggestion is that you redesign the tips with a different shape or as foam so they stay in your ears. Then offer that for free to everyone who bought airpods pro, and have it included with the standard version.

People expect a level of quality assurance from Apple and this is ruining that. Before this I could buy any Apple product and be sure it would work as expected. Not anymore.

You have a 15 day return window. Use it.

also, there are plenty of companies with the same issue. Just like any other part of the human body. No ones ears are exactly alike. I actually wanted the Sony earbuds. They didn't even come

close going in my ear. Unwearable. Hence, I didn't buy them. I returned them. Search for some solutions or after market fixes. If they aren't for you utilize the return window. 15 days is enough time to realize they don't fit.

Recently bought the AirPods Pro and as much as I love the features and design of it, the falling out of my ears is annoying. To be honest there is no good alternative in the market, Sony's just look awful. Was thinking about returning them but then understood that I like the features of it too much. As long as I don't run in them or laugh, they stay in the ear for some time until I have to adjust them again. Will use PowerBeats Pro for gym and running activities. Either way, Apple should come up with an alternative to fix this issue as this is not acceptable for the price they sell them. Memory foam tips from Apple might be a solution...

Nothing seems to help for more than just a short time. In response to my complaint I received numerous suggestions that it is my fault for not using the 15 day return policy. The problem: my wife bought these for me as a Christmas present and ordered them weeks ahead of time to ensure delivery prior to Christmas. Therefore the 15 day return period was up before I even opened the box. Won't do that in the future! Also, doesn't it seem like a lot of people are having the same problem? Just read the comments. This is not an isolated case (me). This is systemic of a poorly designed product, and Apple should address it.

You only have a 15 day return "window". These were purchased and received by my wife as a gift for me. To ensure I had them by Christmas she ordered them way in advance. I suppose you'll criticize that also, but so be it if it makes you feel better. Believe me if I could have returned them I would have. They are useless except for sitting still in a chair and listening to music. If I move, they fall out. If I chew gum, they fall out, if I stand up they fall out. After a while they will just pop out even when I'm not moving. Read the number of complaints and consider yourself lucky if yours work for you. It appears that for many this is a poor design; and stop making the poor design my fault.

I discovered my answer to this accidentally today. After months of falling out struggles, I put them in the wrong ears today (L in R, R in L) and the are perfect. The stems shoot straight ahead instead of slightly down, so I look weird, but they haven't fallen out in 4 hours and are as comfortable as I always expected them to be. #winning so I wanted to share this tip with others who might benefit. Good luck!

Yep I have the exact same problem. I shove them as far in my ears as they can go, I’ve adjusted the tip size (lol) and still same results. I’ve advised everyone to not go with these or waste their money on something that’s worse than the last AirPod models. I have the first, 2nd and pro AirPods and only use the 1st and 2nd model editions. The pros are just a last minute resort when my others aren’t charged or I forget them at home. Don’t buy the AirPod pros.

Airpods Pro keep falling out of my ears!
